Thank you for shopping with Rugged Ranch Outlet! We are an authorized seller of Rugged Ranch products and are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Below is an overview of our shipping rates and policies.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most small items and animal traps ship same day when ordered before 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates — United States
- Animal Traps: FREE standard shipping on all trap products — no minimum order required.
- Small Items (nesting boxes, waterers, feeders, accessories): FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
- Large Items (chicken coops, dog kennels, hutches, pens): Flat rate of $100 per order (freight shipping).
- Garden Carts & Parts: Flat rate of $25 per order.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Large or oversized items may ship via freight carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 1–10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Large or freight items may take 7–14 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all U.S. states.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@shopruggedranch.com or call us at (773) 234-9995, and include clear photos of the damage where possible. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can trace it with the carrier. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
