Welcome to Rugged Ranch Outlet. Rugged Ranch Outlet ("we," "us," or "our") is an authorized seller of Rugged Ranch products, operating the website shopruggedranch.com (the "Site"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
We work hard to display our products and their specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that colors, dimensions, or other details appear exactly as shown on every device or screen.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors, even after an order has been placed. If we discover an error after you have ordered, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or inability to ship to your location. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted only when it ships.
5. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping. Applicable sales tax will be added based on your shipping address.

Shipping terms, costs, and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Many of our products ship by freight carrier; please review that policy carefully before ordering oversized items.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damage claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
8. Product Use and Safety
Our products are designed for the housing, feeding, or containment of animals and for related ranch and farm uses. You agree to:
- Follow all assembly instructions, weight limits, and safety guidelines included with the product.
- Use products only for their intended purpose.
- Inspect products regularly for wear, damage, or hazards, and discontinue use if any are found.
We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
9. Intellectual Property
Rugged Ranch Outlet is an authorized seller of Rugged Ranch products. The "Rugged Ranch" name, logo, and any related product names, trademarks, and packaging are the property of their respective owners, including the product manufacturer, and are used on this Site for product identification purposes only. We do not claim ownership of those manufacturer trademarks.
All other content that we create on the Site — including our website text, page layout, original graphics, photographs, and product descriptions — is the property of Rugged Ranch Outlet or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
